The Benefits of PEAK - runners will gain greater CORE stability resulting in reduced injury risk and improved running performances.
2011 Session Dates - All sessions are eight weeks long unless otherwise noted.
Session A - January 3 – February 26
Session B - March 7 - April 30
Session C - May 9 - July 2
Session D - July 11 – September 3
Session E - September 12 - October 22 (6 weeks)
Session F - October 31 - December 24
Mondays and Thursdays - 6:00 AM to 7:30 AM (CORE focused workouts)
Mondays and Thursdays - 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM (CORE focused workouts)
Saturdays - 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM (Speed Training & CORE focused sessions)
All workouts will meet at the CARA board for Sessions C, D, and E.

To park near the CARA bulletin board, runners may use the pay lot on the north side of Diversey Harbor. Street parking is limited.
