Core, Strength, Power

Small group training designed to strengthen the body’s “core” and help propel you forward while running.

Program overview

  • Strength training focusing on the body’s “core” – hip muscles, abdomen, back, and torso
  • Small group instruction (class size limited to 10 persons)
  • Expert instruction from Coach Bill Leach
  • Twice weekly class through the session term (Mondays and Thursdays @ 5:45 p.m.)
    • Training sessions are to meet on Mondays and Thursdays of each week with the exception of the following holidays:​
      • Memorial Day (May 30, 2022)​
      • Independence Day (July 4, 2022)
      • Labor Day (Sept. 5, 2022)
      • Thanksgiving (Nov. 24, 2022)

  • SESSION B – March 7 – April 28, 2022
  • SESSION C – May 9 – June 30, 2022
  • SESSION D – July 11 – September 1, 2022
