Gait Analysis

• 2 one hour sessions that includes video recording and analyzing running skill and introducing corrections for any skills that will limit efficiency and/or increase risk of injury
• At either of the following 2 locations:
  • The Running Track at Wilson Avenue and Lakeshore Drive
  • The CARA Board in Lincoln Park 
• Parking available and CTA Rapid and Bus service conveniently available at both locations
• Fee – $175 (15% Discount for CARA Supporter Level Members)
